In her book Evangelism pg 109, the popular Christian author, Ellen White, writes:
“One worker who has been trained and educated for the work, who is controlled by the Spirit of Christ, will accomplish far more than ten labourers who go out deficient in knowledge, and weak in the faith.”
The word PEACE is an acronym standing for Practical Evangelism and Adventist Christian Education.
It represents what we do, it represents who we are and it represents what you will experience when you come to PEACE. In order to be effective, evangelistic training must be practical and at PEACE we endeavour to demonstrate what we teach.
PEACE exists to train, to equip and to empower the laity to fulfil this responsibility effectively? What responsibility?
PEACE is a centre of Evangelism that is sponsored and run by the North England Conference, operating as a department within the Conference since its inception in 2010.
PEACE offers a variety of courses taught by some of the best evangelical teachers in the world.
Evangelism is both a science and an art – at PEACE you will learn how to reach peoples’ minds and more importantly, their hearts.
At PEACE you will be trained and educated to work in harmony with other workers so that together you can take this wonderful, beautiful message we have to the world around us.
